Wow, what a fantastic place! It really suited our family down to the ground. Mat, the owner, greeted us when we arrived and was so helpful with everything. The kids adored the goats and chickens wandering aroundand having a local supermarket plus a Chinese takeaway that delivered was such a bonus. Can't wait to return!

We had such a lovely stay at this cosy cottage. The location is perfect, surrounded by beautiful countryside which makes for great walks and stunning views. The hot tub was a real treat and super relaxing after a day out. It's always comforting knowing it's cleaned daily. The hosts were fantastic-friendly, quick to respondand very helpful. We travelled with two young childrenand they even provided travel cots and a stair gate, which was a real lifesaver. We'd definitely come back and recommend it to others. Thanks for a great break!

Our group of four adults and four kids, aged 9 to 15, really enjoyed the stay. The place had everything we neededand we especially loved the walks and relaxing in the hot tub. The hosts were super friendly and gave great local tips.

The barn was beautifully converted and really had everything we needed. The owners clearly paid attention to detail. Only thing we'd suggest is a wooden cover over the patio and hot tub, as the weather can be quite unpredictable sometimes!

We had a lovely family break. The hosts were genuinely helpful and went out of their way to assist us. The shower downstairs did get blocked at one pointand the WiFi was pretty much unusable during our stay, mainly because of the poor signal in the countryside. Still, we'd happily return - the owners really made an effort. Thanks, Hide!

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. The owners are genuinely friendly and approachable, which made us feel really welcome right from the start. The location is quite peaceful and perfect for a quiet getaway, though it might be a bit too remote if you're used to busy tourist spots, especially outside peak season since many nearby places are closed. The house itself was warm and cosy, with comfy beds and furniture that made relaxing after a day of exploring really easy. The hot tub was an unexpected treat-absolutely loved unwinding in it after a chilly walk, it definitely added a special touch to our trip. Wi-Fi was a bit of a challenge during our stay, which was a shame because it made planning activities a bit tricky. We heard there was some work on the mast, so hopefully that gets sorted soon. Our dogs had a great time running around the grassy yard, especially showing interest in the goats. The chickens were free-range, which kept us on our toes-had to keep an eye on our dog so she wouldn't have made quick work of a chicken! The local pub, The Falcon Inn, was a lovely walk away, perfect for a pint and some pub grub-just check their opening times, as they're a bit sporadic during the week. We also appreciated the owner sending back a couple of small items we left behind. All in all, a pretty good base to explore the countryside!
