Choose from a king-size or a twin bedroom, both boasting lovely views from the windows. Completing this floor is a stylish shower room with a shower and a WC. Enjoy a sundowner or evening meal alfresco using the furniture and BBQ in the paved patio space to the front of the property, then don your swimwear and soak away in the bubbling hot tub. Enjoy panoramic views from this lovely spot in the countryside just outside of the pretty market town of Lampeter (2 miles). Head here for places to eat and plenty of shops to pick up amenities to take back to the cottage with you. If you fancy a taste of sea air, visit the beautiful beach at Aberaeron (15 miles) situated on the Cardigan Bay coast where you can sunbathe and take boat trips.

We had a really lovely stay! The place was roomy and comfy, with everything we could need. Our German Shepherd loved the small paddockand the nearby field with the brook was perfect for her runs. The area was so peaceful, with quiet lanes ideal for walks. We mostly relaxed and took a trip to Newquay's beach. The hot tub was a great way to chill out in the evenings, while enjoying the stunning countryside and spotting red kites overhead. Definitely recommend!

The house was packed with useful info about local attractions and amenities. We explored Devil’s Bridge, the waterfalland even climbed Pen Y Fan. Wow, what a good place! From the moment we stepped in, we knew we’d want to come back. The location is wonderfully quiet, just what we neededand the views from the hot tub are absolutely stunning. The bedrooms are spacious with loads of storageand the bed was super comfy. It’s great that the cottage is fully enclosed, so our big dogs could roam freely without worries-although smaller dogs might squeeze through the gate! Having the big enclosed field next door was a lifesaver for our German Shepherds; they loved running around freely. We loved the walking trails and the stunning scenery just outside the door. The house itself was spotless, really spaciousand perfect for us. The utility room was a lifesaver for muddy boots after a day out. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave and could’ve stayed longer if we could. Definitely recommend for a relaxing break!

We spent a week here and enjoyed ourselves, but there were a few letdowns. The garden wasn’t as private as it looked in the photos, which was a bit of a surprise. Our small dogs could slip out under the fencing, so they had to be kept on leads constantly. Also, the property overlooks two other houses, so it wasn’t very secluded. The family next door had kids who stayed up late most nights, so peace and quiet were hard to come by. Still, it’s a lovely spot, just not quite what we hoped for!
