Carmarthenshire is known as the Garden of Wales and the National Botanic Garden of Wales and Aberglasney, a garden lost in time, are both just moments away and offer superb days out, whilst the town of Carmarthen itself is also well worth a look, too. Outdoor pursuits are in abundance here, with excellent salmon and sewin fishing available on the River Towy, as well as a network of mountain bike trails and for nature lovers, the area abounds in wildlife, with red kites, owls, badgers and deer regularly seen across the area.
